Please read these terms carefully before booking.

1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Divine Homes Apartments website and your booking of serviced apartments. By using the site or completing a booking you accept these terms.
2. Bookings and confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully verified. Confirmation details, including your booking reference and receipt, are sent to the email address you provide. Availability and pricing are confirmed in real time at the point of booking and may change before payment is completed.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Paystack on behalf of the property. Your card details are entered only on Paystack's secure pages and never stored or transmitted by us.
4. Check-in and check-out
Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM on the departure date unless otherwise agreed. Identification may be required at check-in.
5. Guest responsibilities
You are responsible for the conduct of all guests and visitors, for the security of the apartment while occupied, and for any damage caused beyond reasonable wear and tear.
6. Amendments to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
