1. What we collect
When you book or contact us we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and any message content. When you complete a booking, your payment is handled by Paystack; we do not see or store your card details.
2. How we use your data
- To process and confirm your bookings and send you receipts.
- To respond to enquiries and provide guest support.
- To meet legal and audit obligations, including security logs.
3. Cookies and sessions
We use a session cookie (HttpOnly, SameSite) to keep your visit secure and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. It does not contain marketing tracking.
4. Sharing
We share booking and payment data only with our booking and payment processors (SmartGrid Solution and Paystack) as required to complete your booking, and with authorities where the law requires it. We never sell your personal data.
5. Retention and security
Data is stored on secured servers, transmitted over HTTPS, and retained only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We apply industry-standard technical and organisational controls.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations. Contact us to exercise these rights.
