Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear, fair terms for every booking.
Effective date: 1 September 2026
1. Free cancellation window
Bookings cancelled at least 48 hours before check-in (by 12:00 PM on the day two days before arrival) receive a full refund to the original payment method.
2. Late cancellation and no-show
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, or no-shows, are charged the first night. The remaining nights are refunded.
3. Early departure
Guests who check out early forfeit the nights already paid for the current stay; unused future nights are refunded at the nightly rate.
4. Property-side cancellations
If we are unable to honour a confirmed booking, we will offer a comparable alternative or a full refund, and we will notify you as soon as possible.
5. Processing time
Refunds are initiated within 5 business days of an approved cancellation and are typically visible on your statement within 3-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. How to cancel
Contact our team through the contact page with your booking reference. Confirmed cancellations are processed in line with this policy.
